Our Expertise
Getting you moving again
Through the utilization of Active Release Techniques (ART) in conjunction with modalities such as; cupping (rock pods), taping (rock tape), scraping, electrical stimulation (ESTIM), and ultrasound therapies.
In order to pinpoint pain elements I am also certified in SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment). SFMA is a clinical assessment for those who experience pain. It is a movement based diagnostic system to systematically find the cause of pain - not just the source. For the golf minded I utilize my certification of the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). TPI is a functional screening assessment to prevent injuries for golfers and help them improve flexibity for their golf swing movement pattern.

A little more about what we do
Occupational Therapy
I’m best at fixing people. I listen to what is going on and give appropriate exercises to help you feel better. I have trained extensively in Active Release Techniques (ART). ART was developed by a chiropractor with his main goal to FIX pain! I am an instructor of ART and also work on the ART treatment team for Athletes at Ironman World Championship in Kona Hawaii.
Utilizing ART as my base of treatment I have also continued to learn and utilize other soft tissue modalities such as; cupping (rock pods), taping (rock tape), scraping, electrical stimulation (ESTIM), and ultrasound therapies.
In order to pinpoint pain elements in athletes I have also become certified in SFMA and TPI. SFMA is a clinical assessment for those who experience pain. It is a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain - not just the source. TPI evaluates a player’s physical readiness through an assessment and breaks down specific exercises and stretches to improve your game and decrease risk of injury.
We are all busy I want to provide care that fits your lifestyle.
